Diamond Wedding

I can't believe my Mum and Dad have been married for 60 years and they still hold hands when they're out walking. How special to live a lifetime with one person and still tell , every day how much they love each other.

Got all inspired when I saw a little house at the SECC in Glasgow....so I took a photo and couldn't wait to have a "play". I decorated the turquoise paper to use as a background and sponged on plenty of Tim Holtz Distress Ink. I loved the final effect. xx

Had a great day yesterday at the papercraft and stitches fair at the SECC in Glasgow. Lots of yummy "things" to spend my pennies on, and I certainly spent a few pennies, lol.

I had a lovely surprise when I went to the Fiskars stand (I had replied to an email prior to going to the fair telling them which fair and day I would be there). I announced I was a Fiskarette and the girl there handed me a bag, for FREE. I couldn't believe when I looked in and found :-

Fiskars

Paper Edgers - Scallop wide

Imperial Corner Art punch

Embossing stencil set

Stamps

Shape Template - teddy
and a Catalogue

So I set to and made my Mum her mothers day card.

Thank you very much for all the lovely pressies Fiskars. x

This one I would like to thank Deanne form Quirky Crafts for the idea. I couldn't resist, thank you.
